The Southwood Residence is an architecture that pushes the boundaries of contemporary and luxury design. With the ground floor shell remaining, the project required a forward-thinking approach including, sustainability, aesthetics and functionality. Remodelling the entire ground floor including new structure and custom elements such as decorative archways and designing a second storey addition to house all private spaces, the new architecture proves to bring functional spaces that are truly breathtaking.
