Exploring materials, reflectivity, natural light + urban vibrancy, Pulse is an architecture that brings with it, interesting forms and possibilities. Emblematic to the city vibrancy, the form + program follows the day-to-day lives of those in busy urban settings.

The base of the buildings, being extremely animated, reflects that of the cities early morning energy. As the day begins to settle down, so does the architecture. The buildings physical form smoothens out and becomes more calm as it rises.

Similarly, the buildings program emulates that of the physical form. Energetic, interactive and communicative programs rest on the lower levels. As one rises through the building, a calmness towards residential units is present followed by a tranquil, zen space at the penthouse levels to reflect over the city, and view the calmness of what was once chaotic.
