The Lakeshore Basement gave SODA a chance to turn an unfinished area into a solution for storage, play, and living spaces. While the main residence met most homeowner needs, the basement needed crucial areas for storage, living, entertainment, and play. SODA was asked to design practical spaces with our minimalistic approach to fulfill these requirements. 

By intentionally leaving utility, cold, and storage areas unfinished, we managed to reduce costs while maintaining high-end finishes and design in the necessary spaces. The design was tailored to include a new office and living room, with additional features like a powder room and maximized storage to enhance functionality.
